Travelling to Istanbul from Belgium
Direct flights from Brussels and Charleroi to Istanbul take about three and a half hours.
Flights
Direct flights to Istanbul run daily from Brussels (Zaventem) and Charleroi with Turkish Airlines, Brussels Airlines and low-cost carriers. Flight time is around 3 hours 30 minutes. The clinic offers a discount on flights booked through Turkish Airlines, AJet or Pegasus.
Arrival and transfers
A driver meets you at the airport and takes you to your hotel. All transfers between the hotel and the clinic are included in your package.
Time zone and trip length
Istanbul is one hour ahead of Belgium. Most crown and veneer cases need one stay of five to seven days; implant cases usually need two shorter stays.
Documents
Belgian citizens can enter Türkiye visa-free for short stays with a valid passport or national ID card. If you need a visa to enter Türkiye, the clinic helps you apply for it. Check current entry rules before booking.
Complication insurance

Euro pricing for patients from Belgium

Your package is quoted and paid in euros, with the same inclusions as every other patient. Anything that can only be decided after the clinical and CBCT examination in Istanbul is listed separately and agreed in writing first.
Remote assessment before travel
Send photos of your smile and any recent panoramic x-ray or CBCT from your dentist in Belgium. Prof. Dr. Orçun Toptaş reviews the case himself and you receive a written plan with an all-inclusive price before you book anything.
Number and purpose of visits
Crowns, veneers and whitening are generally completed in a single trip of five to seven days. Implant treatment usually means two trips: surgical placement with temporary restorations, then final restorations after healing.
Accommodation and transfers
Hotel nights for your treatment days and all airport and clinic transfers are arranged by the team and included in the package. We work with three partner hotels in Istanbul: Windsor Istanbul, Elite World Hotels and Dugi Istanbul. Flights are booked by you.
French and English communication
Your coordinator, consultations and written instructions are available in French or English, whichever you prefer, from the first message onwards.
Payment in euros
Treatment is quoted and payable in euros, by international transfer or by card at the clinic, in stages rather than in full before you are examined.
Documents provided after treatment
Itemised invoices, clinical notes, imaging, implant and material references and the warranty terms are handed to you before you fly home.
Follow-up after returning to Belgium
Routine check-ups and cleanings continue with your own dentist using the records you take home; the team stays reachable by WhatsApp, and any work covered by the warranty is reviewed case by case.
