How do I receive a treatment plan before travelling from France?

Prof. Dr. Orçun Toptaş reviews your case personally and you receive a written treatment plan setting out the options, the number of days required and a fixed, all-inclusive price — before you commit to anything.

How many visits to Istanbul may be required?

Accepted Answer

Crowns, veneers and whitening are usually completed in one trip of about five to seven days. Implant treatment normally requires two trips: surgical placement with temporary restorations, then final restorations after the healing period, which is typically three to six months. The expected number of visits is stated in your plan before you book flights.

Can I communicate with the team in French?

Yes. From the first message to your written aftercare instructions you can be followed in French by WhatsApp, email or phone, and consultations in the clinic are supported in French.

Are accommodation and transfers included?

Accepted Answer

Hotel nights covering your treatment days and all airport and clinic transfers are arranged by the team and included in the package price. We work with three partner hotels in Istanbul: Windsor Istanbul, Elite World Hotels and Dugi Istanbul. Flights are not included and are booked by you.

Can I pay in euros?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Treatment is quoted and payable in euros, by international bank transfer or by card at the clinic. Payment is staged rather than taken in full before you have been examined in person.

Can French public or private insurance reimburse treatment in Turkey?

Accepted Answer

No reimbursement can be promised. Whether any part of planned dental treatment abroad is reimbursed depends entirely on your insurer, your contract and your personal circumstances — this applies to l’Assurance Maladie and to any mutuelle or private policy. Ask your insurer for written confirmation before you travel, describing the planned treatment and the fact that it takes place outside France.

What documents will I receive for possible reimbursement?

You receive itemised invoices with international treatment codes, your clinical notes, imaging, and documentation of the implants and materials used with their reference numbers. These are the documents insurers normally ask for; whether they lead to reimbursement is your insurer’s decision.

What happens if I need follow-up care after returning to France?

You go home with the full clinical record and written instructions your own dentist can follow for routine check-ups and cleanings. The team remains reachable by WhatsApp for questions, and anything falling under the written warranty terms is reviewed case by case.

How long does dental implant treatment in Turkey take?

Implant treatment is normally planned over two trips: a first stay of three to five days for surgical placement with temporary teeth, a healing period of three to six months at home, then a second stay of five to seven days for the final restorations. Crowns, veneers and whitening are usually completed in a single trip of five to seven days.

Why is dental treatment cheaper in Turkey?

The difference comes from lower operating, laboratory and staffing costs and from exchange rates — not from lower clinical standards when you choose carefully. The meaningful checks are who performs your surgery, which implant system is used, and whether the price is fixed in writing. At Integra Clinics surgery is performed by a university professor, the implant brands are internationally traceable, and the quotation is fixed before you book.

For full-arch treatment the saving is usually the largest of any procedure, because a case quoted per component at home becomes one fixed package price.
